Our Core Values

OUR CORE VALUES

ENCOURAGING STUDENTS TO LIVE FOR CHRIST

New Hope Christian School encourages each student to have a close and personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Students are expected to show the love of Christ to others through their daily interactions and through service. We encourage students to grow spiritually and to be disciples for Christ. They are given the necessary tools to live boldly for Christ and to impact the world. (John 3:16; Mark 10:45; I Corinthians 13:1-13)

PREPARING STUDENTS ACADEMICALLY

New Hope Christian School is committed to challenging students to seek and apply knowledge, wisdom and understanding. By developing a unique curriculum, utilizing diverse teaching methods, crafting memorable learning experiences and by offering access to increasing technology, we are equipping students to succeed academically beyond school and into their adult careers. (Proverbs 2:6; Proverbs 16:3, 2 Timothy 2:15)

DEVELOPING EACH STUDENT’S GIFTS AND ABILITIES

New Hope Christian School embraces the unique gifts, talents and abilities of our students. Our goal is to help our students identify their strengths and to overcome any obstacles they may face as they pursue God’s plan for their lives. (Philippians 4:13; Ephesians 2:10; James 1:17)

CREATING A LOVING COMMUNITY WITH A COMMON PURPOSE

New Hope Christian School seeks to create a loving community where everyone is valued, respected and loved. We explicitly teach our students to love and respect themselves and others. The staff at New Hope Christian School serves as role models to our students and partners with parents as we, together, strive for excellence. New Hope Christian School encourages parental involvement in the education and spiritual development of our students.
